Terms and Conditions (May 2023)

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you place an order through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please note, these Terms and Conditions are for members of the public, and do not relate to medical professionals or trade re-sellers.

How do I place an order?

Once you’ve selected your product, and size option (when required), click ‘Add to Basket’ when you will be able to view your basket and edit if required. You will also be asked to select your preferred shipping option, all are tracked services provided by Royal Mail: UK Free Shipping 2nd Class; chargeable 1st Class; or chargeable Special Delivery, once selected you can then proceed to Checkout. You will be asked to input your Billing Address and Delivery Address if different.

Once you have accepted our Terms and Conditions by clicking the box, you have the option to pay by most leading credit and debit cards, ApplePay and Klarna. No card details are recorded or kept at OPPO Health.

Delivery

Orders received before 14:00 should be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed at a weekend or national holidays will be processed the next working day.

For standard UK orders, shipping and handling is free of charge and will show as £0.00 in your shopping basket at checkout. These orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service equivalent to 2nd class, and should be with you in an estimated 3-5 working days but may take longer.
Should you require your order quicker there are two chargeable options, Royal Mail Tracked 24 service equivalent to 1st class, which should be with you in an estimated 1-2 working days but may take longer. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for next day excluding weekends.

All options can be tracked using the tracking number and link sent to you in your order confirmation.

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order.

Overseas orders will be subject to additional postage charges, for more information please contact Customer Services.

What if the Item is out-of-stock or the order is delayed?

Our website should let you know if an item is out-of-stock and not available for ordering. In the unlikely event that we accept an order for an out-of-stock item we will be in touch to let you know and to discuss options such as offering a similar item, waiting for the item to become available, or a refund.

What if the item received is damaged or faulty, or not what was ordered?

Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and subject to a rigorous quality control inspection. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please let us know within 48-hours of receipt by emailing us. We may need you take photographs so we can establish the cause of the issue. If you are looking to return an item, please see our returns section.

If you have received the wrong item, please check the item doesn’t match your order notification, once confirmed please email us  to let us know and we will commence the returns process. A refund or replacement can only be sent once we have received the products.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you’ve made a mistake with your order and are unable to correct it in the shopping cart or during checkout, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing Customer Services and we will do our best to correct. Please note, we operate a very efficient order processing system, and we start getting your item ready for delivery quickly which may limit our ability to correct any error. If we are unable to rectify the error, you will need to return the item please see our returns procedure.

Accepting your order and our Contract

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order.

Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch the product(s) that you ordered from us, and you receive your despatch confirmation, and this brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. The contract is completed when the products are fully paid for and delivered.

Please note, you own the goods once we have received full payment and are responsible for them once received.

Cancelling the Contract between us

You may cancel your contract with us at any time up to 14 days after you receive the ordered goods. If you wish to do this, please notify us in writing by emailing us at info@oppohealth.co.uk or to our registered address including your order details, contact details and reason for the cancellation such as the goods being faulty or not as described.

If you have changed your mind about the product, providing it is unused and in its original packaging so is suitable for re-selling, you can return  the product at your own cost please see our returns procedure for full details.

If you have received the goods or they are already in the despatch process before you cancel your contract, then the goods should be returned in accordance with our returns procedure.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, and your return has been received, processed and condition confirmed, your refund will be made to the same payment method used to make the purchase, and should be with within 10-14 working days providing the goods are returned in original intact and undamaged packaging, the contents are unworn and unused, and any labels or tags are still in position.

Prices

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT and include packing and postage (based on standard rate) for delivery to the UK. Postage and packing will be displayed as £0.00 at the checkout. If a premium delivery service is requested the corresponding price will be displayed and if selected will be added at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice at any time. Prices charged will be those in force at the date of the customer’s order. Please note we endeavour to ensure the correct prices are displayed and charged however if an error is made and the price is higher than displayed, we will contact you for your acceptance of the price before proceeding with the order.

Special Offers and discounts are subject to the terms and conditions of each specific offer, and may be subject to availability, and valid on the selected items only. Please note, Special Offers marked with a * are distinct, and can not be used in conjunction with other Special offers unless stated.  We reserve the right to remove any promotion at any time and with prior notice.

Value Added Tax

VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate on all applicable products. Our website prices are shown including VAT.

Payment

During checkout, you will be asked to enter your payment details. By completing your payment details, you confirm that the chosen payment method being used is yours. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. Payment must be made at time of ordering by major credit/debit card, Klarna and ApplePay.

Our online payments are handled by WooCommerce/ Stripe. OPPO Health does not handle any credit card information, your payment details are encrypted and sent directly from your browser to WooCommerce/ Stripe. Payment processing is secure and is PCI compliant.

Our Guarantee to you

Please note that if you wish to return a purchased item, it must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition. By this we mean, the product is in the original intact and undamaged packaging, the contents are unworn and unused, and any labels or tags are still in position.

All products that are returned to us in an unopened and re-saleable condition will be refunded in full but may be subject to deductions please see our returns procedure.

Please note you have no rights to claim for faults that appear because of fair wear and tear, or if the product is not used for the intended purposes or the instructions for use are not followed. We will not refund or replace due to Customer damage, misuse, or abuse.

Products

Our products and packaging are shown for illustrative purposes and are presented as much as digital photographic purposes and electronic devices allow; on occasion these may vary slightly from what is received. We reserve the right to amend our products and will endeavour to update our website as quickly as possible. For more significant changes, we will make you aware of these changes prior to despatch and give you the option to cancel the order for a refund.

Liabilities

Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and subject to a rigorous quality control inspection. In the unlikely event that a faulty or damaged item is received. please let us know within 2-working days of receipt by emailing Customer Services. Please note, we may need you take photographs so we can establish the cause of the issue.

If you have received the wrong item, please check the received the item against the item that you ordered as sometimes the description may be slightly different, once confirmed that it is the wrong item, please let us know by emailing Customer Services and we will commence the returns process. A refund or replacement can only be sent once we have received the product.

If the goods delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or faulty or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 2-working days of the delivery.

If you do not receive goods within 30-days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us at Customer Services.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition, and we shall have no liability to pay any compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions, and the contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us.

These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
