- Strap may be detached, allowing easy adjustment for individual fit while generating added compression to reduce swelling
- Prevents secondary ankle sprain without limiting ankle dorsiflexion (backward bending and contracting of foot) and plantar flexion (movement of the foot in a downward motion)
- X-shaped pattern combines with reinforced strap to provide figure of eight taping effect for advanced motion control and improved joint stability
