OPPO Health Products Refund and Returns Policy
Delivery
Orders received before 14:00 should be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed at a weekend or national holiday will be processed the next working day.
Should you require your order quicker there are two chargeable options, Royal Mail Tracked 24 service equivalent to 1st class, which should be with you in an estimated 1-2 working days but may take longer. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for next day excluding weekends.
All options can be tracked using the tracking number and link sent to you in your order confirmation.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order.
Overseas orders will be subject to additional postage charges, for more information please contact Customer Services.
OPPO Health will accept returns up to 30-days from date of purchase for a refund providing they are in a resaleable condition. By this we mean, the product is in the original intact and undamaged packaging, the contents are unworn and unused, and any labels or tags are still in position.
How Do I Make a Return?
- Please do not send returns to the business address, or before contacting us as we will not be able to track or process the items and will be unable to issue a refund.
- Please contact us at returns@oppohealth.co.uk or click here with the details of your order and item, and reason for the return.
- Depending on the circumstances of your return, you will be issued with a returns label to attach to the package, or you will be advised to arrange your own return service.
- Pack the item in robust packaging to ensure it arrives in good condition, and include the Despatch Note. Please note we are unable to accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
- If returning the item using another postal service, proof of postage or an insured service is recommended.
- Please note we will pay the costs of return where products are faulty, or the wrong items has been sent. We are unable to offer a free returns service for items which are unsuitable or ordered in error.
- In these circumstances, if you choose to use our returns service we reserve the right to deduct the price of the returns service from your refund.
When Will I Receive my Refund?
Once your return has been received, processed and condition confirmed, your refund less any deductions will be made to the same payment method used to make the purchase, and should be with within 10-14 working days.
Please note the following:-
Refunds will not include our premium delivery options ‘UK Tracked 24’ and ‘UK Special Delivery’ but will only be inclusive of our standard ‘UK Tracked 48’ shipping service.
If you purchase multiple quantities of the same product at a discounted price, any refund where one of the products is kept but the others are returned, the refund will be based on the standard single price being deducted from the overall amount not the discounted price paid. For example, if the single price is £20.00 & for two or more is £18.00 and you purchase two at a total of £36.00. If you return one, then you will be refunded £16.00 so the ultimate price paid is equivalent to the single price of £20.00.
How Do I Exchange an Item?
This is very similar to the above Returns process.
- Please contact us at returns@oppohealth.co.uk or click here with the details of your order and item, and the required replacement item or size.
- Re-pack the original item in robust packaging to ensure it arrives in good condition, and include the Despatch Note. Please note we are unable to accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
- Depending on the returns service you will be issued with a returns label to attach to the package, or you will be advised to arrange your own return service.
- If returning the item using another postal service, proof of postage or insurance is recommended.
- Please note we are unable to offer a free returns service for items which are unsuitable or ordered in error.
- Once your return has been received and condition confirmed, we will process your replacement item(s) which will be dispatched and should be within 5-7 working days. Please note we cannot send any exchange item out until the original item has been returned to us.
- If there is any price difference between the original and replacement item, we will refund the difference, or contact you to arrange for the additional payment.
What do I do if I received damaged or the wrong product?
- Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and subject to a rigorous quality control inspection. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please let us know within 48-hours of receipt by emailing us at returns@oppohealth.co.uk or by clicking here. We may ask you take photographs so we can establish the cause of the issue.
- If it is established that the product is faulty or damaged, we will give you the option of replacement or refund.
- If you have received the wrong item, please check the received the item against the item that you ordered as sometimes the description may be slightly different, once confirmed that it is the wrong item, please let us know by emailing us at returns@oppohealth.co.uk or by clicking here and we will commence the returns process. A refund or replacement can only be sent once we have received the product.
