At OPPO Health, we know it can be confusing to decide what type of support is required so to help you we have classified our supports by the 4 following levels.
Preventative
Made of flexible fabric or breathable neoprene, our Preventative supports are designed to help relieve pain and provide some support for movement of affected joints.
These supports offer balanced compression on injured joint, muscles, and ligaments for prevention of recurrent injuries. Shop Preventative Supports.
Essential
Essential supports, typically include functional accessories such as straps and pads, and aim to help injured joints or tissues to move smoothly.
They are recommended for chronic and persistent orthopaedic conditions to protect against sustained, debilitating injuries and to reduce strain on joints or surrounding soft tissue. Shop Essential Supports.
Functional
Functional supports and braces work to correct joint tracking or movement. They are recommended for moderate to serious orthopaedic conditions especially when undertaking daily activities.
With joint problems, our functional supports and braces can facilitate normal movement of injured joint while limiting abnormal joint tracking pattern or movement. Shop Functional Supports.
Controlled
Our Controlled braces are typically adjustable orthotic devices, they mainly offer post-surgical protection and accelerate rehabilitation during the recovery phase.
These supports can effectively protect injured tissues or joints by restricting and controlling range of motion. Shop Controlled Supports.
