What is Knee Osteoarthritis (OA)

Any joint can develop Osteoarthritis (OA) but most affected are the knees, hips, hands, spine, and big toe. The most common type is knee OA, with an estimated 5.4 million sufferers in the UK. OA causes joints to become painful and stiff.
